We operate an e-commerce online electronic products shopping website in Pakistan specializing in high-quality home appliances, power tools, personal care electronics, and consumer goods. 2. Product Information, Pricing & Taxes

  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, power specifications (e.g., Watts, Liters, Voltage), model numbers, and prices of premium brands like WestPoint, Anex, Philips, Braun, SOGO, and INGCO are accurate. However, typographical errors may occur.
  • Government Taxes & Duties: In accordance with the Federal Budget 2025-26 guidelines, a 2% Sales Tax and a 2% Income Tax are applicable on the gross amount of the order. Please note that these specific federal tax levies apply to orders across Pakistan, excluding Karachi. All taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without any prior notice based on market factors and tax regulation revisions.
  • Order Availability: In the event that a product is out of stock or incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product. If your payment was already processed, a full refund will be issued.

3. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

  • Verification: Once you place an order, our backend team may contact you via Call, WhatsApp, or Email to verify your shipping details, applicable taxes, and order details before dispatch.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspicion of fraudulent transactions, or incorrect delivery addresses.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Advance Payment Policy

  • Delivery Charges Policy: Product prices displayed on the store are exclusive of shipping fees. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically based on the product’s actual net weight or volumetric weight, as well as the destination area/city. These rates are derived directly from our integrated courier partner tariffs.
  • COD Advance Policy: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customer commitment requires payment of Delivery Charges in Advance. The remaining order amount will be collected as Cash on Delivery upon order receipt.
  • Coverage: We deliver across Pakistan using premium courier logistics services.
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city or location. Delays due to weather, fuel strikes, or festive seasons (like Eid holidays) are exceptional.
  • Inspection on Delivery: For electronic items, high-pressure washers, and heavy tools, customers are requested to verify the outer packaging before accepting the delivery.

5. Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

  • Brand Warranty: We offer products from top-tier brands. For premium brands (e.g., WestPoint, Anex, Dawlance, Panasonic, Philips), the official brand warranty applies, and customers can claim it directly through the respective brand’s authorized service centers across Pakistan.
  • 7-Day Return/Replacement: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery via our customer support channel along with unboxing videos or photos as proof.
  • Eligibility for Returns: The product must be unused, in its original brand packaging, with all accessories, booklets, and warranty cards intact.

6. User Account Security

If you create an account on babafareed.pk, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Any activity happening under your account will be considered your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site, such as product graphics, website layout, code, text, logos, button icons, and images, is the property of babafareed.pk. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of this website for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from us.

8. Limitation of Liability
